What happens if I don't like model Klaus?

We're sure you'll like him. But if you do not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will assist you with the return shipment.

Please wrap model Klaus carefully so that it is not damaged on return.

What happens if model Klaus is damaged on delivery?

We check each stool again before shipping to ensure that it meets all our quality standards. If you are not satisfied with a stool when you check it, let our delivery partner know and contact us.

If you find that you are not satisfied with the quality until after delivery, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and ideally send us some photos of the damage or other problems with Modell Klaus.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

If you have a change of mind, you can always cancel before your item is handed over to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Cancellations made after Model Klaus has shipped must be made at the time of delivery, by refusal to accept the delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. You will receive a full refund once the product has been returned to us.
